Jefferson Fine Home Builders is the tradename of JPI-Kitsap, a real estate development and home building firm founded in the late-1980s and located on Bainbridge Island, WA. Over the past 30 years, JFHB has undertaken hundreds of projects throughout Kitsap County and the Pacific Northwest, specializing in land development, new home construction, and custom renovations.

OUR HISTORY…

The name “Jefferson” was taken at the recommendation of the company’s early financiers from Japan, whose goal was to establish relations with a principled American firm – ideally one with a presidential sounding name – that was dedicated to creating winning real estate solutions and conducting business with the utmost respect for integrity. Since inception Jefferson Fine Home Builders has operated with these values at its core, fostering a legacy of trust and partnership with its clients. As a result – and point of company pride – the vast majority of JFHB’s projects have come to fruition through word-of-mouth reference, a reality that has allowed the company to thrive.
